Here is a little poem for you curly hairs!
One of the words in it is plaits.
The word is the same as braids.
The word plait rhymes with the word flat.
So when you read the poem, try to remember this!
Martha
CURLY HAIR CURLY HAIR CURLY HAIR
Curly hair, curly hair,
Curly, curly hair.
Baby has no hair.
Laura has straight hair,
And Katie has curly, curly, curly, curly hair!
"Cut it!" said the barber.
"Leave it!" said Dad.
"Messy!" said the barber.
"Beautiful!" said Dad.
Everybody touches it,
And Katie is mad.
It's mangled, tangled, frizzy and blond.
And Mummy has to brush it all day long.
Luckily for Katie,
Luckily for Mum,
It's growing so fast that
It's time for
plaits,
Ponytails and pigtails,
Ribbons and clips.
Curly hair, curly hair,
Curly, curly hair.

THE END THE END THE END!!!
